CANNERY PARK

Dynamic Electrical Contracting & Controls, Inc. is preparing to perform electrical construction for the Cannery Park Development Project, a new 2.7-acre public park project for the City of Stockton, California. The project will transform an undeveloped site into a community recreation space that includes landscaped areas, pedestrian pathways, site amenities, and public gathering areas designed to support outdoor recreation and community activities.

Dynamic Electrical’s scope includes installation of park lighting systems and supporting electrical infrastructure throughout the park to provide safe and reliable illumination for pathways, gathering spaces, and recreational areas. Work includes installation of 26 park lighting poles, construction of augered light pole foundations with reinforcing steel, anchor bolts, and sonotube forms, as well as installation of underground electrical distribution systems including conduits, conductors, grounding, and Christy boxes for electrical access points throughout the site.

Additional electrical work includes installation of a new power pedestal with integrated lighting controls, new circuit breakers where required, and electrical power connections supporting park infrastructure such as booster pump systems and related equipment. The work also includes trenching, conduit installation, sand encasement, backfill, and coordination with site construction activities to integrate the electrical infrastructure with the overall park development.

The project is currently in the early stages of development, and upon completion will provide the Cannery Park site with modern electrical distribution and site lighting systems that enhance safety, usability, and functionality for public recreation and community events.
