DENAIR ES CHARTER GYM KITCHEN

Dynamic Electrical Contracting & Controls, Inc. is currently performing electrical work for the Denair Elementary Charter School New Kitchen and HVAC Improvements at the Existing Gym Building, a facility upgrade project designed to modernize campus infrastructure and improve operational efficiency for food service and building systems. The project includes electrical improvements supporting the installation of a new commercial kitchen and upgraded HVAC systems within the existing gymnasium facility. Our scope of work includes installation of new electrical distribution equipment, panelboards, circuit protection devices, safety switches, and branch circuit wiring to support new kitchen equipment and mechanical systems. The project also involves installation of raceways, junction boxes, grounding and bonding systems, low-voltage and power conductors, and new lighting fixtures and controls throughout the upgraded spaces. In addition, Dynamic Electrical is responsible for providing lighting control systems including Lutron modular dimming controls, occupancy sensors, and lighting interfaces to improve energy efficiency and operational functionality within the facility. Electrical installation includes new wiring devices, receptacles, switches, and dedicated circuits for commercial kitchen equipment, as well as coordination with mechanical and architectural trades to integrate power systems with new HVAC infrastructure. Once completed, the project will provide Denair Elementary Charter School with a modernized kitchen facility and upgraded electrical systems designed to support improved food service operations, energy efficiency, and reliable building performance for staff and students.
