Dynamic Electrical Contracting & Controls, Inc. provided complete electrical construction services for the Madera County Public Health Tenant Improvement (T.I.) Project, supporting upgrades and modernization of the county’s public health facility. The project included significant improvements to the building’s electrical infrastructure to enhance operational reliability, safety systems, and building functionality.

Dynamic Electrical’s scope included installation of new lighting and lighting control systems, electrical distribution upgrades, and replacement of critical electrical equipment. Major system upgrades included installation of a 250 kW emergency generator and 400-amp automatic transfer switch, ensuring continuous backup power for essential public health operations. The project also involved the installation of five new electrical panels, transformer upgrades from 45-kVA to 75-kVA units, and new breakers at the main switchboard.
Additional work included underground electrical infrastructure for the generator system, EV charger infrastructure, fire alarm system installation, telecommunications and data upgrades, A/V systems, and security integration including intrusion and access control systems. Dynamic Electrical also performed electrical connections for HVAC rooftop units and associated equipment.

This project demonstrates Dynamic Electrical’s capability in delivering complex electrical systems for government and public health facilities, including emergency power systems, modern building technology integration, and large-scale electrical distribution upgrades.
